  1 It is possible that this monument portrays Yax Ak. The figure portrayed on Monument p28 is a mirror-image of Yax Ak's portrait on Monument p6, but no name glyphs survive and so it is not definite whether it is a portrait of Yax Ak or of another captive adorned in similar fashion (both monuments portray the captive dressed as a jaguar god of the underworld).
